The Talbott Hotel is located on a tree lined street in the heart of Chicago's prestigious Gold Coat. Now with completed renovations through-out, the Talbott Hotel offers an atmosphere of luxury in the style of a European Hotel. The lobby is a walk-back in time of a Victorian Parlor and an oasis for the worldly traveler. The two magnificent working fireplaces in the lobby are the center of attention. Fireside coffee service is a special feature in the lobby each evening during the winter months.

Guest Suites

The guest rooms are furnished with your choice of king-size or queen-size beds. The one and two bedroom guest suites include a spacious sitting room and a sofa bed. The decor is in a traditional mode fashioned to provide comfort and elegance. Gracious amenities include nightly turn-down service and a complementary morning newspaper. Laundry and valet service is available seven days a week. All guest accommodations include an honor bar, cable television, a clock radio, private safe and a telephone in each bathroom. Room service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Meeting and Banquet Facilities

The Talbott Hotel offers meeting and banquet facilities to meet your group's needs. There are hospitality rooms for small private meetings and receptions. The Delaware room may be combined with the lobby of the hotel, allowing comfortable capacity for up to 175 guests. The Victoria Room is perfect for theatre showings, banquets, receptions, conferences and classroom instructions. Ranging from a capacity of 30 to 80 guests. The Gallery room is a little more compact and can accommodate 15 to 30 guests. Each of these rooms are completely adaptable to serve the needs of our guests and our experienced catering staff is ready to take the greatest of pride in serving each function exactly as the guest requires.
